I am a semi-abstract, mixed media artist.
My paintings are colorful, dynamic, expressive pieces that are multilayered to create depth and history.
I love beginning each piece with lots of play: applying thick layers of paint using various tools and brushes, adding collage, drawing and scraping. Eventually, through discernment and refinement, the painting reaches completion.
My goal is to never get too serious about my art…it needs to be a soulful, joyous creation!
